What is Kicksta?
Kicksta is an Instagram follower growth tool directed at business owners and influencers who want to connect to their audiences organically. They use AI to engage with your targeted audience, like their photos, and try to interest them with your account.
Kicksta has been around since 2016. As a platform that has been operating for several years, they do have quite a lot of negative reviews. But you will be able to find overviews of their services that guide you through the process of working with Kicksta safely.
How does Kicksta work?
Kicksta promises organic growth to its customers; No fake followers, bots, or shadow followers.
The sign-up process is quite easy and comfortable. After you sign-up, you'll provide them with the list of your target audience. This includes other users (your competitors), hashtags, and locations.
Then, the AI will start liking a few photos from your targeted audience's followers. Because they are engaging with your competitors' followers, they might be interested in your profile and hopefully follow you.
Besides liking photos, Kicksta doesn't do anything else. Other Instagram growth services comment on photos, follow users, schedule content, etc. Kicksta only works with liking photos and offers monitoring services and a weekly report.
Our experience with Kicksta
Working with Kicksta was a rollercoaster. The first month wasn't as satisfying in terms of follower growth. I did get more followers the second month, but none of them were relevant to my industry and account.
The good news is that new followers were all real and no bots. But they weren't interested in my content and the engagement didn't grow.
On top of all of that, I got a one-week restriction from IG because they found my accounts' activity suspicious. And the customer service was no help at all. They were answering with a few days delay and never answered when I complained about a restricted account.
To sum it all up, Kicksta is a genuine Instagram follower growth tool that doesn't use bots (which is a good thing). They do, however, walk a thin line on Instagram Community Standards. And you have to trust them to engage with other users at a safe frequency.
Some of the customers mention that you don't have total control over whose' photos Kicksta likes, and you might not want your brand to be associated with some of them.
We also found an alarming number of bad reviews. Some of them state that Kicksta is a scam, some complain about bad results, and a few of them don't like the way customer service treats unsatisfied users.
