After a month of usage, all of the followers Socialmeep brought to my account were fake/bots who didn't interact with me. When I tried to contact their support team to ask about the alarming number of bot accounts with no followers, they denied that the users were fake.
On top of all of this, the support team was answering with several days of delay and in the end, when I decided to cancel their services, they billed me for one more month. The cancellation process itself is intricate enough, but I also didn't get any refund for the extra charge.
